Simon has over 10 years of experience in the UK real estate investment markets across all sectors.

Prior to founding LB Real Estate Advisors he worked at CBRE, starting his investment career in Retail Capital Markets before specialising in mixed use Portfolios and Special Situations where he became one of CBRE’s youngest Directors. Simon is an experienced investment agent having advised on over £2.5 billion of transactions across all sectors from individual assets through to large, complex, mixed use portfolio transactions.

During his career Simon has advised on a number of high profile transactions including:

• Sale of the Regatta Portfolio for £55m in 2015
• Acquisition of Willow Brook Retail Park in Bristol for £90m in 2016
• Acquisition of a Tesco food store in Craigavon for £22m in 2017
• Sale of the Holiday Inn Hotel in York for £15m in 2018

Will has been involved in the UK real estate sector, specifically focusing on retail warehousing & food stores, since 1992. He has also expanded his experience into the residential and logistic sectors, focusing on land assembly. Prior to co-founding LB Real Estate Advisors he headed up the Retail Warehousing Occupational team at CBRE. Will was also an equity partner at Harvey Spack Field from 2004 to 2013, leaving them to set up a residential land assembly development company, which still remains active.

During his career Will has advised on a number of successful development & leasing projects, utilising his understanding of the occupational sector to deliver significant value to his investor clients. These include CastlePoint in Bournemouth, Gallions Reach Shopping Park in Beckton, Fosse Shopping Park in Leicester, Glasgow Fort, Fort Kinnaird in Edinburgh, and West Cornwall Shopping Park in Hayle. He has also added significantly value to many assets through proactive asset enhancement initiatives, which comes from his longstanding knowledge of the occupier sector.
